Cabin Information
Cabin Space is Limited
Information about cabins and capacity can be found here.
Cabins are rustic and efficiency style.
Cabins will sellout quickly as they are limited.
All include bathrooms with showers and window AC units.
Most include tables and chairs, and kitchenettes.
Cabins sleep 3 - 8 with some some trundle beds and sleeper sofas.
We are accepting registration for all who wish to attend.
Cabin accommodations are $275 per person for the full weekend.

Camping Information
Camping is in the rough and plentiful.
There are no hookups for electricity.
Camping is $225 per person for the Full weekend.
Most of our sites include tables and fire rings and are available first come first served. There are 2 hot water showers near the Cafe and cold water showers near the Beach house and the Sauna. There are 6 bathrooms in and near the cafe with toilets and sinks. There are also 2 bathrooms with toilets and sinks near Swisher Hall.
Vehicles are not permitted in the campsites.
There is limited space for RVs and pricing is the same per person as camping. There are no hookups available and only small to medium size can be accommodated.
Please let us know if you will be bringing an RV as the space is limited.
Off Site Information
Off Site Tickets are $175 per person for the Full weekend.
Most off site accommodations are 30 - 40 minutes away in Winchester, VA & Romney, WV

$125 includes Saturday dinner. Arrive after 11 am
Saturday and Sunday Camping
$175 includes Saturday Dinner and Sunday Brunch
Arrive after 11 am and camp overnight.
Saturday and Sunday Shared Cabin
$200 includes Saturday Dinner and Sunday Brunch
Arrive after 11 am and Share a cabin overnight.

Covid Policy
We recognize that dealing with the Covid situation is a high priority for everyone. There are many opinions on how things should be handled and the advice from the experts will change to fit each local situation. We are working to ensure that American Buffalo at Buffalo Gap will be a fun and entertaining experience that is safe for everyone.
The current policy strongly encourages full vacination.
Masks will be optional but are also encouraged.
A current (within 24 hours) negative Covid test will be REQUIRED.
