Buffalo Gap Retreat is seeking one or two new full share working partners.
We are a collective of 5 partners with 6 total shares of investment in the business.
We are seeking like minded individuals to expand and grow our business.
If you know and love Buffalo Gap this is your opportunity to be a part of it.
Or if you love working outdoors (in your free time) and being an owner of a retreat property with a myriad of business model ideas that can be implemented with the collective power and finance of a multi-partner LLC, this opportunity is something to seriously consider!
One partner has been a silent partner/investor and is ready to sell his 1.5 shares.
Another partner purchased 1.5 shares and is willing to sell a half share.
We have 2 full shares (of 6) available to interested working partners.
We have roughly a 7 month season and close down for 5 months during colder weather.

For many years it was lost to those who loved and cared for it.
Buffalo Gap is whole again now with so much potential for a variety of business models to be implemented by working partners -- with physical and/or virtual roles.

We are entering our 3rd full year of operation and are excited about the direction and future of Buffalo Gap. We are expanding our Airbnb model as well as our camping facilities and have already booked many weekend and weeklong events for 2020.

Seeking a restaurant entrepreneur to create, manage and independently run a seasonal weekend cafe / restaurant at Buffalo Gap Retreat utilizing our 1200 square foot fully decked out commercial kitchen and 3200 square foot commercial dining hall that is approved to seat 110+. Turn key venue. Fridays evening through Sunday mornings ideal to start. Health Dept. and Fire Marshall approved in 2019.
Cafe / Coffee Shop / Bakery / Collaboration of several partners / full Restaurant / Catering + / or any combination. Beer and Wine a big plus! Beautiful bar resides in dining hall.
Cafe ran in 2019 without much promotion or marketing or events occurring at the retreat many Fridays / Saturdays / and Sunday mornings with variable business based on happenings and occupancy at the retreat. Buffalo Gap owners can work with you to formulate a strategy for great weekend success in collaboration with Buffalo Gap Retreat and the nearby Buffalo Gap Arts & Culture Charitable Organization based in the 10,000 square foot gym and it's property. From outside guests, to weekend cabin renters and campers, to offering services for many special events, concerts, festivals, and exclusive whole camp retreats and more.... weddings in the near future too!

We have a large bar in the lakeview dining hall as well as significant stage and lots of big events planned for 2020 as well as many sold out weekends with 22 cabin rentals and a lot of campsites. Great potential to cater to some large exclusive rental groups as well as for any and all special events.

Open to the idea of meals for weekend guests and the outside public and co-marketing as such. As well as a bar serving beer and wine with exclusive rights for large events and weddings, concerts, festivals, and all dining hall based events utilizing the stage and cafe or catering from such restaurateur.

Looking for a promoter partnership to help us create an entertainment schedule for the 2020 Retreat Season:

With 3 potential venues for music and entertainment,
​
1.) 3200 square foot lakeview dining hall with performance stage, future cafe/restaurant and even potential bar with beer and wine sales perhaps in 2020.
​
2.) 3600 square foot covered appalachian pavilion with performance stage
​
3.) independent 501-c3 Arts and Charity organization - Buffalo Gap Arts & Culture -- with a 10,000 square foot gymnasium, performance stage and amazing acoustics!
​
Would like to line up some regular performances, concerts, fund raiser dinner concerts (for the 501-c3), dance, comedy, open mic nights, theater, etc. all in these huge performance venues.
​
Would like to figure out a commission based relationship that works for promoter, pays the performers, and Buffalo Gap. Open to your ideas....
