Rocky's Run Dog Park 

Phase 1 of Rocky's Run Dog Park is now open!  Our dog-loving guests asked for a place where our four legged guests could roam off-leash, and we heard you!  Located behind the Beach House, Rocky's Run offers water views while the puppies play.  Phase 2 will offer access to the woods and stream - stay tuned for updates!

Please remember Rocky's Rules:

 

1. All visitors to Buffalo Gap must first pay Dog Fee at office prior to entering Rocky’s Run;

2. Only dogs and their humans are allowed in the park;

3. Absolutely no overtly aggressive or dangerous dogs allowed in the park at any time;

4. Close the gate securely behind you when entering and exiting Rocky’s Run;

5. No dogs may remain on leash within the park, as this may lead to aggressive behavior by other dogs;

6. Closely monitor your dog at all times - At no time are dogs to be left alone in the park – even for “just a sec”;

7. All children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the park;

8. Off leash does not mean out of control - Keep your dog from being aggressive toward other dogs or humans;

9. Pick up your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the receptacles provided; Fill in any holes your dog may dig up;

10. Use of Rocky’s Run is at your own risk.  Buffalo Gap Retreat is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any injury or damage associated with this dog park. In an emergency, call 911 and seek assistance from the Office.
