Advanced registration is required and attendance will be limited to 225 attendees

We will send you an invoice to confirm your registration with a payment link that needs to be paid within one week of receipt.
Please include the accommodation type you are requesting.
If you are requesting a cabin accommodation also include people that you hope to share the cabin with. Single people will be assigned with others.

Space is limited and early registration is strongly recommended.
Part time registration is available.
All weekend tickets include;
Music and Dancing: Thursday - Sunday
Brunch and Dinner on Friday
Brunch and Dinner on Saturday

Cabin Information
Cabin space is Sold Out. We are accepting wait list requests
Cabins are shared and rustic "studio" style.
Examples of cabins can be found here
All include bathrooms with showers and window AC units, tables and chairs,
and most include kitchenettes or access to one.
Cabins sleep three - eight with some trundle beds and sleeper sofas.
Single people will be assigned with others
Cabins are available for the full weekend only.
Shared Cabin accommodations are $450 per person for the full weekend.
This year we will have a very limited number of "private" rooms.
Rooms are in shared cabins with common living space and shared bathrooms.
Shared Cabin with a private room accommodations are
$550 per person for the full weekend.

Camping Information
Camping is in the rough and plentiful.
There are no hookups for electricity.
Camping is $350 per person for the Full weekend.
Most of our sites include tables and fire rings and are available first come first served. There are two hot water showers near the Cafe and a cold water shower at the Sauna.
There are six bathrooms in and near the cafe with toilets and sinks.
There are also two bathrooms with toilets and sinks near Swisher Hall.
Vehicles are not permitted in the campsites.
There is limited space for RVs and pricing is the same per person as camping. There are no hookups available and only small to medium size can be accommodated.
Please let us know if you will be bringing an RV as the space is limited.
Off Site Information
Off Site Tickets are $250 per person for the Full weekend.
Most off site accommodations are 30 - 40 minutes away in Winchester, VA and Romney, WV
